Job summary

Ultimate Solutions Corp. is seeking an Automation Engineer to provide technical design support for automation systems in packaging projects for Life Science industries. You will design, document, implement, train, validate, and contribute across packaging process automation.

Work with Rockwell PLCs, HMIs, and robotics; review P&ID drawings; ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISA standards; and operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment across Puerto Rico, the United States and Europe.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or electronic engineering preferred.
Minimum five years in industrial automation or related role.

Responsibilities

Support configuration and maintenance of automation equipment including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
Troubleshoot and implement configuration changes and system updates.
Maintain configuration control and documentation per site requirements.
Assist automation projects and operational activities as required.
Design and develop automated packaging systems.
Participate in requirements gathering, technical discussions and design reviews.
Participate in validation testing to verify performance and compliance.
