Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manual assembly and wiring to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with operators and production teams to define requirements and station-level solutions.
• Design, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems and HMIs.
• Develop pilot solutions to improve workstation productivity and material flow.
• Conduct bench testing and production validation for safety and quality.
• Measure results against baselines and implement improvements.
• Support installation, startup, and commissioning in manufacturing.
• Coordinate with IoT and data teams for equipment connectivity.
