Job summary

Molex is seeking a System Developer for the GRTS team in Rochester Hills, Michigan. You will oversee tests, develop hardware diagrams, and design control systems for advanced electromechanical processes, collaborating with global partners to support North America.

A strong LabVIEW/.NET/C++ background is essential. This full-time role emphasizes problem-solving, schematic creation, and hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software in automated test environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.
3+ years of reliability testing system development experience.
Proven experience with LabVIEW, .NET, and C++.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to create detailed schematics and drawings.
Excellent troubleshooting for hardware and software.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Develop hardware assembly and wiring diagrams for control and data acquisition systems.
Design control systems for temperature, pressure, humidity, flow, and motion.
Develop and maintain software knowledge, particularly in LabVIEW, .NET, C++, and VB.
Create accurate schematics and drawings.
Troubleshoot hardware issues in automated test systems.
Write, upgrade, troubleshoot, and fix test software in LabVIEW, .NET, and VB.
Collaborate with global partners and support North America region.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and use approved AI tools to improve development efficiency.
