• Serve as site automation expert and mentor apprentices.
• Design, develop, implement, and optimize PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks.
• Follow Automation Change Management and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to optimize MHE systems and deliver projects.
