• Wrangle Self-Motivation config across environments so Surprise staging mirrors production
• Build the Self-Motivation tooling that makes every other Surprise engineer faster
• Build internal tooling that improves developer productivity and velocity
• Build LoadRunner dashboards so Elliott Management's technology team stops asking engineers for numbers
