Job description
About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated Automation Engineer with strong experience in API integrations to join our growing team. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building automation workflows, integrating systems, and streamlining processes using REST and GraphQL APIs.

Please note: This is not an Automation Testing position. We are specifically seeking an engineer who can build integrations and automation workflows, not someone focused on QA/test automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across multiple platforms and services.
  • Work extensively with REST and GraphQL APIs for integrations.
  • Leverage tools like n8n (knowledge/experience is a strong plus) or similar automation platforms.
  • Research, test, and implement new technologies to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues independently.
  • Document workflows, integrations, and processes clearly for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Proven experience with API-based integrations and automation projects.
  • Hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Comfort with navigating ambiguous challenges using Google searches, documentation, and AI tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with SaaS integrations (e.g., CRMs, ITSM tools, monitoring platforms).
What We Offer
  • Opportunity to work on diverse projects with cutting-edge automation technologies.
  • Flexible working environment.
  • Supportive and collaborative team culture.
  • Growth opportunities and continuous learning.

Reminder: This role is for Automation Engineers specializing in API and workflow integrations. Candidates with purely Automation Testing backgrounds will not be considered.
