Qualifications
- Experience in calibration and validation of both commercial and home-built experimental equipment.
- Functional use of SolidWorks or other CAD software.
- Must work well in a dynamic team environment with several ongoing projects and possess communication skills.
- Experience in a wet chemistry lab; formulation and compounding is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python, LabVIEW, or another programming language for automation.
Responsibilities
- Work with various scientists to understand their needs and design equipment.
- Design and operate experimental apparatus for measuring processes.
- Perform experiments, collect data, and validate findings.
- Manage laboratory upgrades and equipment maintenance.
