Mentor Technical Group is seeking an Automation Engineer to quickly resolve shop-floor OT incidents on packaging lines. You will work on-site and log activities in ServiceNow, providing Level 1 support and RCA input.
Responsibilities include data collection, documentation, and knowledge-base updates, aiming for <15 minute response times and high data quality. Occasional overnight shifts may be required at client sites.

Responsible for the immediate resolution of shop-floor incidents involving Operational Technology (OT) systems and related IT systems supporting the packaging line. Incidents are escalated through the client’s Call Log system (ServiceNow).
If the candidate does not have Systech experience, MTG will be responsible for the associated training costs and time. The client will only provide access to the relevant documentation and system environment. This consideration should be reflected in the pricing model, where applicable.
