Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on automation engineering experience.
• Strong UI automation and RPA background with UiPath.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM services and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend components.
• Experience with CI/CD and GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end automation using UiPath, AI, and modern engineering practices.

We're looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to join the Squad, the intelligent automation engine within our Automation & Productivity organization. This role combines RPA, AI/LLM integration, frontend engineering, and production ownership to deliver high impact automation solutions supporting investment operations.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, AI, and modern engineering practices
• Own production automation stability, monitoring, incident management, and bot performance
• Evaluate where RPA, AI, or hybrid solutions provide the greatest business value
• Build React-based applications, dashboards, and workflow tools for business stakeholders
• Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and other AI services into automation platforms
• Develop AI-powered solutions leveraging RAG, function calling, agent frameworks, and REST APIs
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business teams to define automation strategies and roadmaps
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices for automation, AI integration, and code quality
• Participate in Agile development and enterprise automation initiatives
