Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Automation Engineer for its Horsham, PA facility. The role will interpret electrical and piping schematics to develop configuration files and automation scripts that control system operation in a production environment.

You will manage configuration updates through build and test phases and troubleshoot across software, electrical, and mechanical systems to implement corrective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Software, or other relevant engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in controls or automation engineering with experience configuring and supporting complex capital equipment.
• Experience with electrical schematics and system-level drawings.
• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues across software, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $140000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
