Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in operation and maintenance of large water facilities.
• Experience leading automation and SCADA teams.
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and cybersecurity for OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for automation and SCADA.
• Supervise staff handling SCADA, PLC, radio telemetry, and automation networks.
• Develop KPIs, reporting, and budgets; monitor performance and compliance.
• Mentor and develop junior automation technicians and coordinate with project managers.
