Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Process Development Engineer I to join the PMPD department on‑site. You will execute experiments, develop automated methods for platform assays, and plan and maintain automated systems in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a BS in Engineering with 3+ years of experience or an MS with 0–3 years, strong automation skills, and a collaborative mindset. On-site work with minimal travel is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in an Engineering discipline with 3+ years of experience or MS with 0–3 years of experience.
• Strong lab automation experience, including programming liquid handlers and integrating work cells with scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and troubleshoot automated workflows on Hamilton Robotics, Biosero, and HighRes systems.
• Increase throughput and data quality through process and tooling innovations.
• Maintain GLP-compliant documentation and automated assay verification.
