This position involves leading a team to deploy the Infinite Kitchen across Sweetgreen restaurants nationwide. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of related work experience, including leadership in technical fields and familiarity with large automation equipment installation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience as a Robotics Technician, Service Technician, or Installation Engineer.
• 1+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• 1+ years of experience installing large automation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians in deploying automation equipment across the US.
• Own each store deployment from start to finish.
• Manage travel schedules and develop team members.
