Job description

We are seeking an Automation & Data Visualization Specialist to join our team supporting the Installation Management Command’s (IMCOM) Public Works Systems (PWS).

Your Day-to-day Work Will Include

• Designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions across various business processes.
• Conducting studies and building analytical models to develop insights, solve complex problems, and support decision-making.
• Transforming and architecting data to be prepped for analysis, modeling, and visualization products.
• Building data visualization products and interfaces to summarize results for stakeholders, including interactive dashboards capturing real-time data and key performance indicators.
• Designing and developing visually appealing and informative reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations.
• Designing and developing comprehensive training materials for visualizations.
• Creating all data documentation, including code, data dictionaries, and other technical documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance with the ability to maintain.
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree; additional years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree will also be considered.
• Strong command of programming languages including JSON and Python.
• Experience performing data analysis.
• Experience with machine learning and AI technologies, including Databricks.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Apps, Automate, BI).
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as MS Teams, Excel, SharePoint.
• Experience using web services including ADVANA and Vantage.
• Knowledge of data governance.
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and employ critical thinking within teams and with government stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD/Army and reporting to DoD leadership.
• Ability to contribute to proposal efforts including contract re-competes.
