Job summary

CI/CD-enabled Automation Data Integration Administrator at CACI International will design and operate automated data pipelines across APIs, databases, and IoT sources to support FEMA’s cybersecurity operations in Washington, D.C.

You will implement ETL/ELT processes, data quality checks, and real-time alerts while collaborating with cybersecurity professionals and data owners to safeguard mission-critical data and systems.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• FEMA EOD suitability or DHS/FEMA EOD preferred.
• BS/BA + 15 years of applicable experience in data integration and automation.
• Demonstrated expertise in Apache Airflow, Prefect, or similar orchestration tools.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and automation tools.
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks and observability systems.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and data warehouse/lake technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage end-to-end data pipelines ingesting data from diverse sources (APIs, databases, IoT) to data warehouses or lakes.
• Automate extraction, transformation, and loading to ensure clean, standardized data for analysis.
• Implement automated tests, anomaly detection, and real-time alerts to validate data integrity.
• Schedule and manage data job dependencies using Apache Airflow or Prefect to ensure reliable data flows.
• Build self-healing pipelines that retry failed tasks and scale resources as needed.
• Input missing values, mask sensitive information, and sanitize data as required.
• Implement CI/CD for data pipelines to ensure safe, consistent code changes.
