Qualifications

• 5+ years working with controls and instrumentation on automated manufacturing equipment.
• Strong PLC programming and HMI experience.
• Familiarity with NFPA 79/NFPA 70E safety standards a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize automated equipment controls and instrumentation.
• Program and configure PLCs and vision systems.
• Support equipment installation and start-up.

Skills

PLC programming (Rockwell ControlLogix)

Troubleshooting control circuits

Knowledge of VFDs and servo drives

Machine vision systems (Cognex, Keyence)

Reading technical prints

Education

Associate degree or engineering technician diploma
