Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in North Vernon, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech for the 3rd shift. This 12-month contract-to-hire role requires two or more years of experience in manufacturing process controls and a degree in electronics or a related field. The successful candidate will provide technical support in automation, perform maintenance and repairs, and ensure all equipment operates efficiently. Knowledge of Allen Bradley and Fanuc controls is preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in manufacturing process controls.
• A working knowledge of hardware/operating computer systems.
• Expertise in Allen Bradley and/or Fanuc controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in automation-related issues in manufacturing.
• Participate in design, development, and launch of automation equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical problems.
