Job summary

Complete Solution Robotics, an RMH Systems company, is seeking an Automation Controls Engineer I in Loveland, CO. The role involves all aspects of control systems engineering, PLC programming, robotics, and on-site commissioning at customer sites with 25%-50% travel.

Local candidates only; remote or relocation not considered. The successful candidate will assist with robot programming (trainable), document projects, troubleshoot control systems, and support factory/site acceptance testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related Engineering field.
• 1-2 years of experience with PLC/HMI platforms (Studio 5000, RS Logix 500).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally (25–50%).

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementation and programming of robots (training provided) and PLC automation systems.
• Assist with project documentation.
• Complete service engagements and tickets promptly after work.
• Troubleshoot and debug control systems, hardware, and programs.
• Support factory and site acceptance testing for automation solutions.
