Base Pay Range

$90,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Automation Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining automation control systems to enhance manufacturing productivity. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with clients and team members, lead design reviews, and produce detailed technical documentation and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project details clearly with team and clients
• Lead design reviews based on project scope
• Document all design calculations
• Create construction, demolition, and installation instructions
• Develop detailed drawings for various aspects of automation systems

Preferred Skills

• 480 VAC power distribution
• Variable frequency drives and servo drives
• PLC and I/O systems, distributed control systems
• National Electric Code expertise (wire sizing, conduit sizing, installation requirements)
• Pneumatics and hydraulics experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
