Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Automation Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Communicate project details clearly with team members and clients to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Lead design reviews based on project scope.
• Document all design calculations and create detailed construction, demolition, and installation instructions.
• Develop detailed drawings for demolition, installation, panel layouts, conduit setups, wire schedules, power loads, and panel heat calculations.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with 480 VAC power distribution.
• Knowledge of variable frequency drives and servo drives.
• Proficiency with PLCs, I/O systems, and distributed control systems.
• Understanding of National Electric Code (wire sizing, de-rating, conduit sizing, installation requirements).
• Pneumatics and hydraulics experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
