Job summary

ITMC Systems, Inc. seeks a skilled electrical/controls engineer to support maintenance and manufacturing operations. You will troubleshoot stoppages, read schematics, and generate equipment specs for vendors supporting automated and manual equipment.

You will drive OEE improvements and participate in validation activities while coordinating with cross-functional teams and sites nationwide. The role requires familiarity with DFMEA/PFMEA, quality processes, and NFPA standards, with up to 10%

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical/Controls/Electromechanical Engineering preferred.
  • Ability to read Electrical schematics and diagnose servo/stepper motion control systems.
  • Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA and quality processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to maintenance and address daily manufacturing issues.
  • Troubleshoot machine stoppages and perform root-cause analysis for manufacturing teams.
  • Read electrical schematics and evaluate servo/stepper motion control systems.
  • Create equipment specifications for vendors for quoting automated and manual equipment.
  • Develop process improvements to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Review equipment quotes and design reviews; collaborate with project teams on custom equipment.
  • Participate in DFMEA, PFMEA, machine risk assessments, and CTQ documentation.
  • Coordinate activities with multiple functional groups and travel up to 10% domestically.
