Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Cell Operator 1 for Windsor Locks, CT, with a pay of $23.50 per hour and a 6pm-4:30am shift. The role involves operating automated cells, handling inbound/outbound flows, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include meeting hourly throughput goals, responding to alarms, and collaborating with Control Center and maintenance teams. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experienced with computers and HMI interfaces.
• Ability to prioritize work to gain maximum uptime and throughput.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and move up to 80lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated cells in outbound and MIB to meet hourly rate and throughput goals.
• Respond to alarms and assist with robotic adjustments; report issues.
• Perform pre- and post-shift system checks and maintain CIM, 5S standards.
• Communicate across Control Center and leadership for support and flexibility.
