Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience or equivalent preferred
• Commitment to company values
• Educational, training, and experience requirements may be modified at the Managements Team’s discretion
• Able to perform and support diverse build and assembly functions to meet operational needs

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and pneumatic schematics.
• Organize and maintain build areas, tools, and materials.
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment.
• Work effectively with team members and customers to support successful and on-time project completion.
• Collaborate with assemblers, engineers, management, and support teams.
• Ability to perform welding and fabrication tasks as required.
• Complete all required checklists and documentation that are project-specific and/or all forms of training.
• Travel as needed to support equipment installations, service work, and customer projects.
