Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform accurate pipetting, dilutions, and basic solution prep.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and documentation.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with plate-based assays and automated equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing and analysis of R&D samples using biochemical, ELISA, and cell-based assays on automated liquid handling systems.
• Follow SOPs, SOEs, and assay procedures; escalate deviations to senior team members.
• Record experimental work accurately in electronic lab notebook (Benchling) per data integrity standards.
• Prepare reagents, buffers, and assay-ready plates; maintain cell cultures for routine support.
• Support lab operations through inventory management, restocking, and equipment upkeep.
• Generate basic data summaries and present results to the team as needed.
• Contribute to reagent/sample logistics including receipt, labeling, and storage.
