Job summary

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd is seeking an Automation Area Lead for a pharmaceutical project in Ohio. This role involves technical ownership in project areas, defining software structure, and working closely with system integrators to finalize specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a BS Engineering degree and extensive automation experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, especially in API and bulk manufacturing. Previous knowledge of DeltaV Batch DCS and Allen-Bradley PLCs is also preferred.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• Extensive experience in Pharmaceutical Automation is essential.
• Previous experience with DeltaV Batch DCS and Allen-Bradley PLCs is preferred.

Automation Area Lead - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract. Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Automation Area Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

• Define the S88 software structure and list for the area
• Develop draft function design specifications for the area
• Work with system integrators to finalize the functional specifications
• Participate in P&ID and control strategy reviews

Qualifications

• BS Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Extensive working Automation experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (preferable in API/bulk manufacturing)
• Previous Pharmaceutical Automation Large Project/Program experience/expertise
• Extensive experience in DeltaV Batch DCS
• Preferable, previous experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs
