Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services in Austin, TX is seeking a Systems Analyst IV to lead senior level analysis, design, and automation initiatives within the System Support Services division. You will translate business needs into technical designs and guide cross-functional teams.

You will implement Power Platform solutions, integrate data sources, and coordinate deployments with IT and business partners to improve workflow efficiency and information management.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college in information systems, computer science, or related field.
• Experience conducting systems analysis, business process analysis, or requirements gathering.
• Experience developing, implementing, or supporting workflow automation, business applications, or technology solutions.
• Experience documenting business processes, system requirements, or technical procedures.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Experience using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, or comparable enterprise technologies.
• Experience and education may be substituted year-for-year.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and related platforms.
• Develop user-facing apps using Power Apps and create dashboards with Power BI.
• Coordinate system implementation, testing, and deployment including UAT.
• Create process maps, SOPs, and user guides for systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align solutions with agency standards.
