Job summary

Addison Group, a respected professional services organization in New York, seeks a Systems & Data Analyst to join its Business Systems team and modernize the enterprise application environment by connecting systems via APIs, UiPath, and automation technologies. You will partner with IT, Finance, HR and other business teams while supporting an evolving portfolio of enterprise applications.

Qualifications

4-6 years of relevant systems/application experience.
Hands-on UiPath experience – required.
Strong API and systems integration experience – required.
Experience supporting enterprise business applications.
Legal or professional services experience strongly preferred.
Exposure to Aderant, 3E, DealCloud, Sierra or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Power BI and SQL experience are beneficial.
Strong communication and requirements‑gathering capabilities.
Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

Design and support integrations between enterprise applications.
Build and enhance automated workflows using UiPath.
Work extensively with APIs and application integrations.
Automate manual and inefficient business processes.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
Support data migration, validation and integration initiatives.
Troubleshoot application and integration issues.
Work with API authentication, encryption, certificates and secure data exchange.
Collaborate with internal teams and external technology vendors.
