Job summary

Volvo Financial Services invites applications for an Automation Analyst Intern position in Greensboro, North Carolina. You will work with business stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions leveraging Power Platform tools while gaining exposure to UiPath and Azure AI.

You will collaborate with analysts, developers, and engineers, learning to translate needs into practical automated processes and documentation for ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in BS or MS in CS/IS/SE/IT/Analytics and have completed at least 30 semester hours.
• Cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 is required.
• On-site internship based in Greensboro, NC with in-office work policy.
• Experience with Python, C#, JavaScript, Power Platform, or similar languages is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to document requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Analyze processes to find automation and efficiency gains.
• Design, develop, test, and document automation using Power Platform; exposure to UiPath and Azure AI.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and C# as appropriate.
• Collaborate in an iterative, cross-functional team environment.
• Create documentation and implementation plans to support delivery.
• Assist in planning, timelines, risks, and status updates.
• Perform testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Present updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Continuously seek process improvements and new tech.
