Job summary
Ampcus Inc. is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst / Operations Specialist in Chantilly, VA to analyze governance and operations, identify automation opportunities, and develop AI-driven workflows and compliance monitoring solutions.
You will support AI API key provisioning, usage monitoring, and document requirements for stakeholders, translating business needs into technical architectures and scalable automation.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or governance.
- Degree in MIS, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience combining process analysis with GenAI, Claude, APIs, Python, Linux, and automation; translate business requirements into technical solutions.
