Title: Business System Analyst (Governance & Operations Automation Analyst)

Location: Chantilly, VA 20151

Hybrid: 3 days onsite

Notes:

  • Looking for someone with a strong understanding of business processes and operations.
  • This is a 50% business and 50% technical role.
  • Strong understanding of process flows, workflow analysis, and automation opportunities.
  • Hands-on technical experience with APIs, Python/coding, and Linux environments.
  • Experience with automation tools and automation-focused solutions.
  • Understanding and practical exposure to AI tools, particularly Claude Code.
  • Ability to effectively bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
  • A degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, or a related field.
Overview

The Governance & Operations Automation Analyst bridges business process expertise with hands-on GenAI implementation. This role combines business analysis skills with practical AI development using modern tools like Claude to build assistants and agents that streamline our governance workflows. The position will also support our AI API key management infrastructure, ensuring secure access to provisioning and usage monitoring.
