Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring Automatic Door Technicians and Installers in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. You will work on revolving, sliding, folding, and swinging doors to provide safety and security for businesses.

Candidates with experience in installing or servicing automatic doors, access control systems, low voltage wiring, door hardware, glass/glazing, or systems integration are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and drawings, with solid math skills.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
• AAADM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or service a wide range of automatic doors and door products.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner.
• Operate in a safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
