Job summary

DH Pace Company is seeking Automatic Door Technicians and Installers to join our Raleigh, NC team. You will install and service a variety of automatic doors and related products, ensuring safety and quality in every job.

The role requires mechanical and electrical aptitude, the ability to read blueprints, and the physical capability to lift up to 100 pounds. Qualified candidates will possess a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude; reads blueprints/drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds safely.
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• AAADM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.

What You'll Do

• Install and/or service a wide range of automatic doors and door products
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude (e.g. works with a variety of hand and power tools such as drill, screwdriver, wire stripper, hacksaw, crimper) and ability to read blueprints and drawings; solid math skills
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
• AAADM certification preferred
