Job summary

Kamco Supply Corp. of Boston is seeking an Automatic Door Technician to install and service automatic doors and commercial hardware from Londonderry, NH. You will support projects across NH, MA, ME and VT and handle high/low energy, sliders and swing doors, with safety protocols.

Applicants must pass a pre-employment DOT physical, lift test and drug screening. Training opportunities and competitive benefits are included in a growth‑minded team.

Qualifications

• Able to perform scheduled and emergency service calls for commercial clients as needed.
• Additionally, Install, repair and maintain commercial door hardware.
• Interpret a variety of instructions in written, diagram or schedule form.
• Ability to trouble-shoot mechanical and low voltage electrical issues with a variety of unknown variables.
• Clean, maintain, adjust, calibrate & service equipment as needed.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present & communicate information to staff & clients.

Responsibilities

• Following all Kamco and general contractor policies, rules, and safety regulations.
• Correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn.
• Proper and safe use of a variety of power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to drive and use tools safely.
