Job summary

DH Pace Company is seeking an Automatic Door Technician for the Houston, TX area. You will install and repair automatic doors and related hardware, including revolving, sliding, and swinging systems, while prioritizing safety and quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, mechanical/electrical aptitude, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and a valid driver's license. AAADM certification is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical and electrical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds and work at heights with a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair a wide range of automatic doors and door hardware, including swinging, sliding, bi-folding and revolving doors.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.
