Job summary

Piedmont Door Solutions, a Cobalt Service Partners brand, seeks an Automatic Door Repair and Install Technician in Columbia, SC to repair, maintain, and install doors on commercial sites. You will work with a trainer, stay organized on site, and coordinate with the office to order parts and track service time.

Strong hands-on skills with power tools, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 75+ pounds are required. Training provided and opportunities for growth available.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with power and hand tools; carpentry or related trades preferred.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work at heights on non-climate-controlled sites.
• Background check and drug screen completed.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain doors, turnstiles, revolving doors, and security products on site.
• Proactively assist projects and maintain an organized, professional workspace.
• Learn techniques from trainers and apply them on live sites to drive success.
• Coordinate with office staff to order parts, materials, and track service time.
• Support Columbia, SC area and nearby job sites as assigned.
