Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Automatic Door Technician/Installer in the Mobile, AL area. You will install, repair, and service a range of automatic doors and hardware, focusing on safety and quality workmanship.

Candidates should have mechanical and electrical aptitude, prior installation or maintenance experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. AAADM certification is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior role requiring mechanical and electrical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• AAADM Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair a wide range of automatic doors and door hardware, including swinging, sliding, bi-folding and revolving doors
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit in a timely manner
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
• Other duties as assigned
