Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an automatic door installer or service technician.
• AAADM certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in servicing various doors and equipment, carpentry, and mechanical aptitude.
• Clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
• Experience with brands like Horton, Stanley, and Assa Abloy is a plus.
• Strong service orientation to customers and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and replacements of ADA operators, doors, door closers, panic hardware, storefront, and automatic doors.
• Service a variety of doors, equipment, and control devices.
• Utilize carpentry skills for partition framing and installation of doors/windows.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on commercial/automatic doors and hardware.
• Manage multiple projects and work under time constraints.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in team and independent work.
• Ensure strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Provide excellent service orientation to customers.
• Thrive in a highly fast-paced environment.
