Job summary

Lane Valente Industries in the Los Angeles area is seeking an experienced Automatic Door Service Technician to service and repair ADA operators, manual, and automatic doors. AAADM certification is preferred, and candidates should have hands-on experience with door hardware, closers, pivots, storefronts, and related systems.

Responsibilities include performing repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and coordinating multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• AAADM certification is a plus.
• Two years of experience installing or servicing automatic doors.
• Proficient in servicing doors, equipment, and control devices.
• Knowledge of carpentry for partition framing and door/window installation.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and replacements of ADA operators and doors.
• Service doors, hardware, and control devices.
• Use carpentry skills for framing and installation.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on commercial doors and hardware.
• Manage multiple projects and work under time constraints.
• Maintain a positive, client-focused attitude.
