The role includes routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with maintenance teams to resolve issues and prevent downtime. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience operating automated manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, sensor, software issues.
• Familiarity with Komax or similar equipment preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Komax Zeta 650 to produce wire sets per schedule.
• Verify data and requirements for each job before starting.
• Load wires, terminals, ferrules, ink and materials into the machine.
• Monitor operation and respond to alarms and quality issues.
• Document and close work orders in the production scheduling system.
• Perform quality checks on completed wire sets.
