Job summary

Castolin is seeking an Automated Welding Machine Operator for our Menomonee Falls facility. You will handle both manual and automated welding, read blueprints, and fabricate custom weldments per prints.

The role requires proficiency with oxy-fuel and plasma-cutting processes, and strict safety practices. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of automatic welding machine operating experience and production welding experience; welding cert/degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Read fabrication blueprints.
• Accurately read measuring instruments and production instructions.
• Fabricate custom weldments per print using both wire welding and stick welding processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency with oxy-fuel and plasma-cutting processes.
• Demonstrate safe welding and shop practices.
