Pepsi Bottling Ventures is hiring an Automated Warehouse Technician to keep our LGV/AGV operations running smoothly. You will address faults, prep trailers for automatic loading, and maintain palletizers and labelers to ensure production lines stay efficient and accurate.

Responsibilities include light preventive maintenance, data verification, and assisting with line changes while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. English proficiency and teamwork are essential.

This will be achieved by addressing and correcting LGV machine faults, ensuring trailers are LGV load-ready, keeping the end-of-the-line equipment running (Palletizers and Pallet Labelers), keeping both units and work area clean, and maintaining the data integrity of the product inventory moved by the LGV’s.**RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES*** Ensure LGVs stay up and running by addressing alarms and faults from LGVs and end-of-line equipment including but not limited to palletizers, pallet labelers, and Injection Molding machines.* Prep & approve trailers for automatic loading of Products by LGVs, Verify trailer paperwork and Data, and secure loads.* Conducts light general and preventative maintenance ensuring the LGVs operate properly.* Assist with back-of-line changeovers and ensure the product is not mixed and is properly labeled.* Other duties as assigned.**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*** High school diploma or GED and two (2) years’ experience with performing light preventative maintenance, machine changeovers, production equipment operation, and LGV or AGV operation.* Have basic math and computer skills.* Good written and oral communication skills required.* Good organizational skills required.* Must be able to think analytically.* Good hand-eye coordination.* Must be self-motivated with strong initiative.* Able to learn and follow established procedures without deviation.* Must enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing production line environment.* Must be able to work in a team environment.* Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks and overtime as needed.**ESSENTIAL MENTAL AND PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS****Mental Functions**Non-repetitive and somewhat diversified job requiring continuous mental alertness or very close visual attention.**Physical Functions**Constantly (67%-100%) required to stand.
