Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience in a similar warehouse or fulfillment role.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a noisy, non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders by retrieving and stacking product per pick tickets.
• Operate in an automated environment and coordinate with team to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Maintain pallet stability and monitor inventory to control shrink.
• Assist in housekeeping and sanitation, and follow waste removal protocols.
• Adapt to different work areas and use computer screens to guide picking sequence.
• Support overall warehouse efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
