Mavrx in San Francisco is looking for a self-directed engineer/scientist/statistician to develop and maintain test suites for machine vision algorithms. The successful candidate will execute various responsibilities, including automated regression testing and statistical reporting on performance.

Qualifications include a BS or greater in a relevant field and proficiency in programming, especially with statistical analysis tools. This is a full-time salary position with stock options.

Qualifications

• At least 1 programming language proficiency, preferably in statistical analysis.
• Experience with large data sets in a QC setting.
• Familiar with standard image formats and databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated systems for continuous regression testing.
• Design tests with algorithm developers.
• Generate statistical reports on algorithm performance.
• Curate and annotate large test data sets.
• Develop annotation tools and manage contract annotators.
