As an Automated Straightening & Grinding Line Technician, you will operate and maintain automatic straightening machines and fully automatic grinding lines to support efficient production and product quality. This role requires precision, adherence to safety standards, troubleshooting capabilities, and collaboration with cross-functional manufacturing teams.

Shift Information

• First Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Second Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00PM
• Third Shift | Monday – Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience operating automatic production lines.
• 1 year of experience in grinding applications.
• Grinding Basics certification or training.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Apprenticeship training in manufacturing, machining, mechanical operations, industrial maintenance, or a related technical field.
• ABB / Fanuc Robots Operating certification or training.
• Experience operating and monitoring automatic straightening machines and fully automatic grinding lines.
• Experience with grinding belt preparation, adjustment, and cutting tool changes.
• Experience performing visual quality inspections and maintaining production quality standards.
• Experience troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance on grinding line machinery.
