Soccer Post is seeking a skilled Screen Print Operator for our Lancaster Production Center. You will run automatic and manual screen printing equipment to produce high-quality apparel for teams and customers.

Must be able to operate automatic screen printing machines and troubleshoot as needed. You will work closely with the production team to understand job specs, review artwork, and ensure consistent, high-quality output across large runs.

• Set up screens, mix inks, and ensure color accuracy.
• Troubleshoot print issues to keep production moving.
