Job summary

AnewHealth, a leading pharmacy care management company, is seeking an ATP Pharmacy Technician to support automated medication dispensing and inventory activities. The role emphasizes accuracy and timely patient deliveries in a patient-focused environment.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma (GED) and pursue Ohio Board of Pharmacy registration with certification within a year. PTCB certification and Ohio registration are preferred and 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• If no prior pharmacy experience, commit to registering with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and obtaining a pharmacy certification within one year.
• Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process correct bags through the automated machines.
• Maintain a high level of quality assurance for medication dispensing.
• Stock received pharmacy inventory.
• Organize medication shelves and maintain cleanliness of work station.
• Ensure station is properly stocked at all times.
• Monitor station queues.
• Meet daily pharmacy goals to ensure timely delivery to patients.
• Communicate effectively with internal counterparts to resolve patient issues.
• Uphold AnewHealth’s core values in all communications and interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
