48forty Solutions in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Automated Pallet Repairer to build and repair pallets from fresh or recycled wood. This piece-rate role pays $14.00–$25.00 per hour, with shifts on 1st and 2nd.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and collaborate with forklift operators to move pallets efficiently. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in lumber, warehouse, construction or carpentry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive wood from saw shop and piece together with nail gun along set stringers.
• Stack finished product by hand for forklift operators to move to appropriate areas.
• Follow all company procedures to ensure personal and team safety.
• Maintain high volume of finished goods while meeting quality standards.
