Job summary

48forty Solutions in Savannah, GA is seeking an Automated Pallet Repairer to build and repair wooden pallets from fresh or recycled wood. This is a piece-rate role where earnings grow with output, with hourly pay between $18.50 and $25.00.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. The job requires lifting up to 50 lbs, basic forklift-friendly tasks, and adherence to safety procedures as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Previous lumber/warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Receive wood from saw shop and piece together with nail gun along set stringers.
• Stack finished product by hand for forklift operators to move to appropriate areas.
• Ensure safety for yourself and others by following all procedures as set by the company.
• Achieve high standards of quality while maintaining high volume of finished goods.
