Job summary

Radius Packaging is seeking a Line Operator to join our production team in Wisconsin. You will troubleshoot and operate automated equipment and support in-line inspection and final packing to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• English language ability preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting preferred.
• Able to follow a Production schedule with minimal supervision.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pack containers and support packing operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate and troubleshoot automated packing lines and equipment.
• Monitor final verification of containers for defects.
• Assist production team with continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
• Provide training and support to new team members.
