Job summary

Bio-Techne in Devens, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to operate automated manufacturing equipment and document data in line with cGMP/ISO standards.

The role includes equipment setup, changeovers, minor repairs, in-process quality checks, and training of new staff; hours are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Must work well in a team and communicate clearly.
• Strong oral and written English language skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Experience in a cGMP/ISO facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated manufacturing equipment (filling, labeling, packaging).
• Set up equipment, perform changeovers, and shutdowns.
• Repair minor mechanical issues and meet quality/productivity expectations.
• Perform in-process quality inspections and document data.
• Train new or temporary staff in the Manufacturing Department.
